hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back

The entire stay was perfection. From the warm staff that exceeded our expectations in terms of service - always welcoming us with a friendly smile - to the beautiful hotel design and rooms. Staff were attentive and paid attention to detail with the night room service even preparing slippers and the beds. We were here for a celebration and the extra touches were so lovely and memorable. The spa is a must it is wonderful to relax and Clara was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge range of options from the Al a Carte menu to the beautiful buffet with local produce. The pool was the perfect spot to relax at and the terrace was great with the live music to enjoy sunset at. Concierge was helpful in organising day trips and even boat tickets back to the mainland. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. In addition to the staff, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. I was able to enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the island and the sea from my room, which added to the already wonderful experience. Finally, the rooms themselves were truly wonderful. They were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making my stay at the Capri Palace Hotel truly one to remember. Overall, I would highly recommend the Capri Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience on the beautiful island of Capri.

Although the hotel seemed quiet in the evening, you’ll find it more lively on the roof top bar. Additionally the shuttle service is so convenient, plus it’s free ! Use the shuttle to go to the “Il Riccio” restaurant ( Part of Capri Palace) which is 10 minutes away, it’s located near the blue grotto. Great food and atmosphere , it’s pricey but worth every penny.
